Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom and embroidered items may require additional processing time. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

Expedited Shipping

  • 0lb – 1lb: $6.90 (Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days)
  • 1lb – 5lb: $9.90 (Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days)

Standard Shipping

  • 0lb – 5lb: $4.90 (Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days)
  • 5lb – 70lb: $19.90 (Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Shipping rates are based on order weight and are calculated at checkout.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at bvsewing@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
